Converting a loft, we raised the roof height, constructing a new flat roof to create the adequate headspace, incorporating dorma bay windows and skylights to allow for plenty of light. The flat roof was done with fibre glass, and the slating with Spanish “lugo” slate. All the lead valleys were done with the necessary code 4 lead.
